Welcome to our website! Our Laboratory is a part of Division of Food Science
of Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn.
Currently a special attention is paid to the service character of the Sensory Laboratory. We offer consultancy, sensory trainings including lectures, practices in the laboratory and verification of the sensory sensitivity. Trainings contain among others selection and monitoring of the sensory panel, analytical and consumer sensory methods.
We pay careful attention to identification of the problem, planning and realization of the experiment and statistical interpretation of the results.
Except for the trainings the group of experienced sensory experts perform the sensory evaluations of the food products. We also perform consumer research. The results of both analytical and consumer research can be combined in Preference Mapping.
